1:38.0 | I think some of our listeners may be familiar with you with your ministry with your work as an author and the other professional capacities in which you've worked. |
1:46.0 | But can you give us just for the benefit of those maybe who don't know as much where give us a little bit kind of your of your backstory and where are you today and how did you get there? |
1:56.0 | Well, I was with Proverbs 31 ministries in the very beginning, helping waste the turquoise get that started. I was actually president for three years, while she. |
2:05.0 | After her third child, she needed a little bit of time there. |
2:09.0 | And then I felt like my job there to in the I guess leadership capacity. I had done what I had been called to do and I was writing more actually this love struck as my 24th book. |

2:28.0 | Just started working on more of my own things and I'd work with two weathergates also on a ministry called Girlfriends and God. |
2:35.0 | And we have devotions also that daily devotions about 500,000 people a day to get those. |
2:42.0 | And and I'm back at Proverbs two went back to Proverbs four years ago and right for their. |
2:51.0 | The devotions, the encouragement for today and actually that's how this book came about. I know that one thing you were going to ask me, but that's there's an app that Proverbs 31 has. |
3:04.0 | And they're going through the Bible and they got to the song Asylum and and I had written several books on marriage and one was called Praying for your husband from head to toe that they had used a lot and another one that had a sexual sexual intimacy and it said they're like, let's get sheer and write this part. |
3:22.0 | When they got the song asylum and I think everybody had called me that I jumped right in and I loved you. I've loved writing that part of the Bible study so much that I just kept going. I mean for for months, I just kept going in it because the devotions for the app are very short. |
