Recently, over in the Thrive Tribe, we've been having conversations about the double standards

that exist when we talk about women's versus men's sexuality and sexual exploration.

So I wanted to bring on an expert to help us unpack this issue.

For today's episode, I'm joined by Shamira Howard.

Shamira is a licensed clinical social worker, sexologist, therapist, and owner of Conquest

Counseling, a private practice in Louisiana where she specializes in sex and relationship

therapy.

Shamira also provides sex and intimacy consulting for persons outside of Louisiana.

She helps people deal with sexual issues, have amazing sex, and create their best relationships.

Shamira and I discussed why this double standard exists.
