I just wanted to give a little update. Kristen went on a Disneyland vacation with her family

this last week, which I'm super, super jealous of, but also so happy for her. And due to a recent,

very scary mental health crisis here in Bali that kind of made me reconsider everything that I'm doing

with my life. I put myself on a yoga retreat for a week. And for both of those reasons,

Kristen and I have not been able to record a new episode. Although I do assure you, we have a

couple things in the works that I think you guys are really going to love. Although I do assure you, we have a couple things in the work that I think you guys

are really going to love. And I know I'm definitely super excited about. I did a little bit of

research. And April is actually sexual assault autism and stress awareness month. And the fact

that Kristen went on a family vacation and I went on a retreat, I thought

worked really well with Stress Awareness Month and that you definitely always need to be

putting your mental health first.

I looked back into our catalog and found a couple of really great episodes that highlight

some things in the sexual

assault awareness realm that I don't think are touched on often enough. Those things being

that women can absolutely be predators and men can absolutely be victims as well. So for the next couple of weeks, it's going to be re-releases.

But like I said, after that, we have some really, really exciting stuff coming up.

I don't want to do spoilers, but think witches and models.
