Yeah, so an important part in your identity work could possibly be

moving towards caring less about what people think about you.

Obviously, if you feel like you're being sexualized,

that is an aggression and it's hard to move away from that.

But I would say anything you can do to feel like you have boundaries around you

that allow your skin to feel like it's not being penetrated.
