about what self-love looks like? Yeah. So I think self-love and self-care to me kind of are in the same bucket of misunderstanding.

But the problem is a lot of us haven't reconciled that we deserve it, that we're worthy, that we have

for ourselves. So what I watch a lot of my clients do is they try to implement self-love through

self-care initiatives while also sitting there telling themselves,

like, oh, my kids miss me, or, you know, my husband shouldn't have to take care of the kids

while I do this, or there's so many things that's still left undone. And we harbor all this guilt
