While people have been focused on the Epstein scandal, it appears not only have we got sex

scandals running through Congress,

but other problems as well. It's almost as if there's something in the water on Capitol Hill.

Hello, there are everyday Americans. Paul Engle here with the Constitution study, where we read and study

the Constitution, teach rights and generation be free. I'm glad you could join me today. Now listen,

I'm not trying to be salacious or focus because of it.

But I just find it interesting how often people end up in positions of power succumb to, well, let's just say the lure of sexual escapades.

I mean, a lot of the focus on the Epstein scandal has been the fact that, well, it involves sex.

And the idea of, you know, Sex Island and his airplane and, of course, the rich and the powerful that were allegedly involved with this to the point where even the mention that maybe you were on the

plane has become like a mark of cane. But I want to look at today at what's going on in Congress,

because in just the last few days, not one but two members of

the House of Representatives have announced their resignations from Congress.

Now, the first was Eric Swalwell.

Now, he was already under a lot of political heat.

Granted, you look at what he did while in Congress, and

well, that was certainly meant to piss off at least half the country, but his bid to run for

governor of California, well, a lot of people were talking, you know, is this the next Newsom? You know, is he just going to be

another Gavin Newsom. Based on what he did in the house, people were kind of speculating what he

might do as governor. But that seemed to come to a rapid end after there were several women

that accused Mr. Swalwell of sexual misconduct.
