nonprofit founder, Vanessa Osage, is a certified sexuality educator, a consultant and professional

coach at Love and Truth Rising, and her first book, Can't Stop the Sunrise, is available now.

We met like five years ago.

Is that right? We were just thinking out, mind blowing as that is. That's mind blowing. We haven't, we haven't aged a bit. It's like five years. I can't even believe it. I think the last time I actually

saw you in person was because I nominated you to be a guest speaker at my kids preschool.

And it was a parent's night topic on how to talk to your kids about sex.

Totally.

I was thinking about that because that's when we were all starting to be aware of not touching our eyes from the very early phases.

So you in that conversation with all those parents was sort of the beginning of shift, not the

end. But anyway, yeah, it's been just over a year, I think. I know. Like we sat in a circle in a

gymnasium without masks and then the world changed. Oh my gosh. Well, tell us the story about how you got started in sex education.

Yeah, so it's a pretty potent story, and I think it will be useful because it becomes full

circle and all the works I'm encompassing right now. So I'm in my early 40s, and about 20 years

ago, I went back to my former high school.
