operating within some healthy boundaries of understanding what sex is

and the purpose of it,

we can easily use it to manipulate or use it as a weapon to, you know,

hurt our spouse, hurt our husbands as a way.

Now, let me ask you this.

Have you ever used sex as a weapon?

No, because that's, that's, that was one of our one rules.

We only had a few kind of going into marriage.

And that was one of them because someone told us, some mentor told us not to use sex as a weapon to hurt each other in terms of withholding

or, you know, imposing your own desires on someone.
