So there's a shout out for nest, but so he gives me one and he's like hey, we can install it in your house

It will take about 15 minutes and so I called him, you know

I guess it was like last Thursday and and he comes over and and so it took me about 15 minutes to find the screwdriver

Okay, and so then like another 15 minutes to remove the first screw and then about a 45 minutes later

Like I had unplugged these five wires to my old thermostat and had hooked up the the five wire

Which is just dangerous less agree?

But had hooked up the five wires to the new thermostat and and I'm excited and we like you you program it to your internet

like you have to put in your Wi-Fi password and all that it's amazing and

And and then I'm getting this error message

like it's not working and

He had said early on hey, we should flip the breaker like we should turn off

You're supposed to turn off the breaker before you do this

But I had already touched the wires and they didn't shock me so I'm like low voltage wires
