| 0:42.5 | I'm Sari and I'm the founder of Seamwork. |
| 0:45.7 | And I'm Haley. I'm the pattern designer here. |
| 0:53.8 | So, Sari, I feel like this year more than ever, I've gotten a ton of questions about how to start sewing. And the question that seems to |
| 0:56.0 | crop up the most is what project do I recommend that people start with when they want to learn |

| 2:00.5 | feel a lot of frustration during the process and maybe |
| 2:04.5 | even disappointment at the end. So starting with something, even if it's something that feels |
| 2:10.3 | silly like a pillowcase for your bed or a tote bag, I really strongly believe that having a couple successes, early successes |
| 2:21.2 | under your belt is going to give you that momentum you need to keep going with sewing and |
