| 1:29.0 | I'm, I'm amidst the 12 days of Christmas still. |
| 1:33.0 | It's been good, although my body clock is well and truly fucked beyond repair at this point. |
| 1:39.0 | I've been going to sleep at about 5 a.m. every day. |
| 1:42.0 | And I'll tell you now, it doesn't feel healthy because you sort of know you wake up at midday slash 12 30 p.m. |
| 1:48.0 | And you feel really groggy and dead. |
| 1:51.0 | And then it takes six hours for me to get up to speed. |
