JD just shared we are starting a new series called the Seven Deadly Sins and my

name is Todd and I love being with you guys when I get to jump in I hang out with the

rest of the crew here at Watermark and it's a privilege to be with you guys

tonight this series seven deadly sins I mean it's kind of a not the best

series to get pitched to kick it off, right?

I mean, since not everybody's favorite topic,

it's one of those things that when we kind of hear about,

we start to kind of crouch down like,

you know, I'm not really sure I want to talk about my sins or talk about

sin in general. It's not a very popular topic ever and especially even in some environments that we would call churches you don't hear sin talked about very much, which is crazy.

Until sin is bitter, Christ will never be sweet.

And so we're going to talk about seven deadly sins. Let me just

start this whole series off by saying this, man. All sins are deadly.

All right?

You know, I've been asked the question before,

are some sins worse than others?

And it depends on what you really mean

when you talk about that, right?

Because if you're asking me, if you would rather speak a poor word about me,

either in my presence or behind my back, or clock me in my face or take a machete to my throat.
