| 0:10.4 | It's kind of nice, right? We have a new year. It's a nice blank slate. We can get started with some health goals. |

| 1:05.5 | She's writing down the habits she's working on and recording daily how she is doing. She is serious about sticking to her |

| 1:26.6 | well, what do I want to happen? What is going to be the result? The next step is almost backwards. It's saying, well, what do I want to happen? |
