So I know, you know, one of the things, obviously I'm known for real estate,

and this is a real estate strategies podcast and YouTube,

but primarily most of people are in trouble because they don't have multiple streams of income,

passive income.

And I know from doing a little bit of research on you, that, you know, that's been kind of your thing.

You've never really had a job.

You've just been super self-sufficient from my young age.

And now your kids, you're teaching that to them.

And it sounds to me with Richie Norton and yourself,

you guys are teaching financial freedom to a lot of different folks.
