moments of my life. Time for newsish with Betty Rock on the Wally show. Gavin, Wally, would you say

that you have a fondness for your car? Yes, I do.

Even though you guys make fun of it, well, you make fun of my truck. It's a Tacoma. Navy

Seals use them. But you call it a tiny truck. So yes, but I like it. I didn't say anything. Gavin,

my car is still like my first car that I've ever owned. So yeah, it's a fondness for him. And I would too. I named my car. His name is Jubil. From Andy Griffith. Yes, exactly. Well, most of us, it turns out, we do have a fondness for our car, which I kind of find surprising because I thought we live in a society where it's like, I got sick of it, I'm just

going to get rid of it and get a new one. But I guess not. A lot of us have a fondness for our car

where we were going to drive it into the ground. And you might be wondering, well, what causes that

fondness? Well, it represents freedom and independence. It's also sometimes a mobile sanctuary. So like when your kids are out and then you're just like you can scream or yell or listen to your playlist, things like that and you can personalize it. But it turns out that typically the average car will experience 11 major life milestones with you. Oh, I've never thought about that. I mean,

the car is part of my family. No, no, yeah, it really does. Like, it drives you to places. Right.

So a couple of examples of things like that are life milestones include epic road trips. Yeah.

Also teaching your kid how to drive and rushing to the hospital to give birth.

That's another big milestone.

But there are others as well.

So all that to say, you and your car have an emotional attachment, an emotional bond. driving away from my wedding with the little tin

cans going ding ding that's another one yeah yeah so i still remember that i still remember that
