Sure. Hi everyone my name is Vienna Farin. I'm a licensed marriage and family therapist in the state of New York I I work with individuals, couples, and

families within the context of understanding the family systems that we grew up in.

I have a national best-selling book called The Origins of You, which will probably

dive into a little bit today.

And I am a host of the podcast, This Keeps Happening, where I get to speak with anonymous guests

about patterns, challenges, family stuff, relational stuff, whatever it is that they're

feeling stuck in in life and even though it's not a therapy session, it can feel

like you're kind of listening in on a really intimate
