Seth is the CEO of the PGA.

And you know, an interesting guy. He's had a lot of life experience.

He obviously was in banking before he became the CEO of the PGA.

And I was really excited to talk to him mostly because of his involvement in recent golf developments,

whether it be PGA Frisco, which will be a high profile opening or another one that hasn't gotten as much as buzz as PGA Frisco that I'm probably more excited about.

It's called the park is a he has been the lead investor in a group of investors that have revitalized the former West Palm Beach municipal course.

So they they operate as a private public partnership and they have renovated the golf course skill hands renovated the golf course and it is opening in April.

So it will be a really exciting new public golf course in an area that's got a lot of public golf but not a lot of good public golf West Palm Beach.

So we talk about that as well a little bit at the end about live and and the PGA and his thoughts on live.

So I something while I was getting ready for this that I I chuckled about and thought about a person in your position.

I have to know like how often is it a daily occurrence that you have to explain to somebody that the PGA of America and the PGA tour are different organizations.

It used to be hourly. It's now down to daily and you know half my friends think I've got a chase job right in and it it's certain times that's convenient.
