| 0:27.3 | Everybody hurts. Oh, so good. I was not in a good way after that workout. |
| 1:11.0 | There was a point where I thought I saw your eyes roll back in your head and you know, with like, you know like in UFC when someone gets clipped on the button and they're not quite out, but they're on their feet and they kind of have the wobbly. Yeah, there was a couple steps there. I was worried, but you rallied. You rallied. Like I told you, I felt, I've been dealing with this thing in my right knee, and I felt it kind of, I don't know what the word is for it, but like not pop, but something went wrong on one of those lateral burpees. It affected my ability to sort of jump. I was, man, my calves were sore. I was cramping up. |
| 1:13.1 | Like, I haven't done that much jumping in a long time. |
| 1:21.1 | I wasn't sore at all afterwards, but in the moment, I could feel in the round of 15 where all of the blood just rushed all the way up my entire body to my head. |
| 1:27.3 | And I was like, I don't know if I'm going to black |
| 1:29.6 | out. I don't know if I'm going to vomit. And Noah Olson is over my shoulder saying, come on, |

| 2:01.9 | would do the snatch and my eyes would come up, my, the dumbbell was like three feet above her |
| 2:07.7 | head. So I'm just like, I'm like in my own mind, like, you don't have to go half this distance. |
| 2:14.3 | I'm like getting angry about it for no reason. My back was fine, but I was really |
| 2:19.2 | oddly sore at like the tips of my shoulders from like just weird burpee pressing technique. I |
| 2:26.0 | don't know, but oh, that was that was brutal. It was something. It was a journey. I'm scared. |
| 2:33.0 | I'm scared for the next two weeks. But I was not feeling good coming back from Columbus from the Arnold. I was feeling sick. And I'm glad I did it. I've never, I've never regretted doing an open workout, even if I do terribly. But it's, it was good to get back into it, submit a score. I'm fired up here for, for week two. And we're going to talk about that in just a second. But before we get into anything today, we want to thank our sponsor, and that is thirdzy. As I mentioned, I just got back from the Arnold and Columbus. I took my thirdsy with me, and it made me sleep very well in busy days, early early morning sometimes got plenty of sleep i was ready |
