who is a website which is doing more to probably subvert the political process in America than all the lives of

Tik-Tok people combined because you guys use humor so effectively and John

Stewart I think in many ways pioneered this from the left where people who are apolitical

they want to be on the side of the guys who are laughing and for a long time people on the right

were the humorless ones although there's kind of revisionism.

We were always the funny ones.

And you guys really have come out swinging and are just doing amazing work.

So there's two things I want to open with and talk about. One of the two

great privileges of my life. One was there was a Babylon B article written about me for my birthday. It came out a few months late, but who cares? So that was what like check bucket list and also when I was working with the U ofC fighter Matt Hughes on his autobiography. I helped him write his testimony, which was something

I was very proud to be in a position to do. And I want to talk to you about that, how you found

your faith. But before we get into that I do want to discuss the rise of the

Babylon B and here's a parallel you might not like entirely when Roger Ailes was first starting Fox News, you know, the people he was working with were like, you know, you're going to be a competitor with CNN. He goes, no, no, no, I want to beat CNN. And he basically drove them into the ground,

revolutionized cable news. And now people who are older who are in the left, like Wish for

a day where Fox News was the only voice that they had to worry about.

You guys start out in some ways. I remember when you're up and coming as, oh, they're the right-wing onion.

And now the onion, I I think has completely fallen by the wayside and

the bee is its own entity so can you walk us through that path about how you

your site became so successful?
