Can I give you my hot take? Well, I don't know. If you guys want to talk about the Notre Dame,

Texas Stadium game, I assume that's why you had me here. I don't even think Texas Atoms

that good. I think Notre Dame really, really dropped the ball in that game. And the zebras. If Marcel Reed was slightly more accurate, Texas A&M wins that game by like three touchdowns, but he missed a lot of wide open passes in that one. And yeah, Notre Dame's defense. I don't, this is like the first time in years that I don't know what it's like to be a fan of a team with a good, without a good defense.

Like between the Steelers, just letting everyone run all over them and now Notre Dame regressing to a defensive performance that has like memories of nine years ago when they had Brian Van Gorder there.

I mean, I just don't know what it's like to not trust the defense anymore. Right. Don't leave out your bears who gave up over 50 to Detroit. So, I mean, what are we getting for you in Clemson lost? You know what was so funny? So the Vikings, uh, Falcons game last night. And everyone was excited to see JJ McCarthy again, right? No. After watching that, well, okay, maybe not everyone.

After watching the Bears' Lions game earlier in the day on my flight back to New York,

I was like, JJ McCarthy, maybe just a Bears defense merchant because I don't know how good

that Bears defense is. And now J.J. McCarthy all of a sudden didn't look very good against

the Falcons. So I love when you have one game and you just decide who's good and who's bad in week one.

Well, I mean, with J.J. McCarthy, it was one quarter, which is all he had.

But I wanted to read something from that game where the Vikings coach was basically saying,

yeah, everybody around J.J. McCarthy needs to be better so that our, you know, young quarterback can learn.

But the Vikings scored 21 points in the fourth quarter of the week one victory over the Bears, but they have just 12 points over the other seven quarters.

McCarthy has taken nine sacks, including six Sunday.

The Falcons intercepted two of his passes, and he fumbled three times, including twice

when he dropped the ball without being hit and lost one.
