Our episode today focuses on one of my favorite things to discuss, social media, and how it

impacts our mental health.

My dad will always tell me when we were growing up, and he's a military guy and he would

say, quote, that we'll go over our heads.

But now it makes sense, he would say things like, you know, to live by man's compliments,

it's a die by their criticism.

And I think that's what we're doing when we're on these social media platforms.
