I often hear comments about how laborious being in relationships is, and while of course, I

recognize that we're coming into relationships with all of our stuff and so are our partners,

but I'm often curious about where we give this message from and how it has become so ingrained

in many of our minds. So of course, I had to bring in one of my incredible colleagues to chat about
