based out of Seattle, Washington, about living well based on her experiences as a hospice

therapist.

Ashley is passionate about teaching individuals how to live well so they can die well.

Her work in hospice has helped her to really stress the importance of living well in her

private practice where she treats primarily millennials of color, suffering from racial trauma,

anxiety, and depression.

Ashley and I chatted about the kinds of concerns her clients discuss while in hospice.

How family members of those in hospice can take care of themselves.
