Hey everyone welcome back to as for me in my house. I'm Jordan and I'm not

joined here by Melana as you can tell she's a little under the weather and I said

you know what baby just rest you're growing a baby I'll take it from here and I'll take advantage of this opportunity by telling you about some ways that you can support your wife through pregnancy so if you're a guy watching this or if your wife is through pregnancy. So if you're a guy watching this or if your wife is

forcing you to watch this and she's you know got you all handcuffed and straight

jacketed and she just forces you to sit down and watch this. No that this isn't me preaching to you, this is me

preaching to myself with you. I feel like after four pregnancy, technically five pregnancies, one baby of ours is in heaven, but this would be our fourth

baby here that Lord willing will meet in very, very soon, short time here.

But this is, you know, the fourth one now, and I'm like, okay, I need to figure out how I need to support my wife through this very crucial nine-month period because you know this isn't

our first and this isn't our 80th baby but thank God but you know we've been around the block a couple times with it now and I felt like,

okay, I can speak from a little bit of a position of just here's my experience and here's what's worked and what hasn't.

This is just what the Lord's showing me and teaching me as I'm seeking to put these things into practice more.

So this isn't, hey, pull yourself by your bootstrap, stop being lazy and start supporting your wife.

This isn't me finger wagging at anyone, this is just saying,

hey, if you want to try to help yourself and help your wife out, these are some things that I've found are helpful and practical and they're not as cliche or vanilla as you might think and

so you know I've learned of what not to do so I'm hopefully trying to I'm going to hope to try to

help you not make those same mistakes and if you're a wife watching this and you're

pregnant right now or you're going to be pregnant for the first time. This might be something like, hey, I would, you

know, consider these things too for my husband. And let me know down below in the comments what you
