The third key to being a team is accommodation.

It takes trust. You've got to build trust between each other to have a team in your small group.

It takes empathy and it takes a combination because we're all different.

Now, what does accommodation mean?

Well, you know, when you make accommodation for somebody,

it means you get them a room.

You get them a room at the hotel or the motel or you give them a room at your house.

To accommodate somebody means you give them space.
