Well, I'm the CEO of the Consumer Division of BT Group, which means I run the E-Mobile Network,

which is obviously very well known for mobile BT, which is better known for broadband. Most people

who've got a broadband connection will know us. We've got a TV business. We've got a sports business

that I run as well, which is a joint venture that we've created with Warner Brothers and Discovery.

We've got 25 million subscribers up and down the UK, so we're the largest consumer business

in the country and the largest subscription business in the country. So it's a big old team,

we've got around 20,000 people in the consumer team all over the country and stores,

contact centers, head office roles everywhere, and our customers spend about 10 billion pounds

a year with us. So it's a big part of the group. And how has BT sort of changed over the years?

Because it's a British institution, right? I mean, once upon a time, literally had a British

in the name and so forth. How has it changed in that time? I think it's changed a huge amount.
