Good morning my friends and welcome back. It is time for the morning mindset. If you're new to the morning mindset I welcome you as well.

It is time for us to get our minds aligned with the truth of God.

We are going to be launching into a great endeavor, which I'm a little fearful about honestly just from a practical

standpoint it's not that I'm fearful in the sense of my life is in danger or anything like that but it's that we

are going to begin walking through the book of Romans this is Paul's letter to

the Romans and some have said that the book of Romans is the most

complete treatise of the gospel in the entire Bible. It goes from the very

beginning explaining to us how sin has affected humanity and how it is such an offense to God all the way to the very end of the book where it has laid out the gospel plan

and included all kinds of topics in that to help us understand what God has done and is doing in the world. It's going to be a mighty endeavor.

Now I want to start out by asking you if you have ever written a letter or an email to a person you do not personally know. Now think about that for a

moment. I remember when I was a kid we had a project in school once where we did

pen pals.

Did you ever have a pen pal?

I do kind of remember the very first time

And there was a little bit of awkwardness to it because you don't really know what
