Hail Mary, full of praise the Lord is with thee.

Blessed our thou, and women and blessed is the fruit of thy wound, Jesus.

What's quite appropriate that we are here in Lord's France, and we hear our Lord say,

in the second Sunday after Pentecost, go out quickly in the streets and lanes of the city

and bring in here the poor and the crippled and the blind and the lane.

This is what we see those volunteers with the blue hats constantly doing, is bringing to God,

through our lady, all of the blind, crippled, and the lame.

We also hear in the gospel today that Jesus spoke to the Pharisees this parable.

A certain man gave a great supper, and he invited many,

and he sent his servant at supper time to tell those invited to come, for everything is now ready,

and they all, with one accord, began to excuse themselves. Of course, the church fathers

teach that this is the kingdom of God, transferred from the Jews in the Old Testament to Christianity

in the New Testament. Of course, most of the apostles were Jewish. But what we see from the Church Fathers is this warning that as the kingdom is transferred,

it's actually the chief priests who are rejecting the gospel.

It's not just some ethnic mind-changing that Yahweh Adina and I have.

It's that they have chosen to reject the kingdom.

They have chosen to reject this great supper that is set up for them, and therefore the kingdom

is transferred from the high priest to the apostles.

And it's interesting that a lot of church history follows this.

This isn't just a Catholic Jewish thing.
