How is everybody doing this week?

Well, I'm back.

Yay.

And I'm so happy to be here.

I ate so much butter in France last week.

The first couple nights I had to myself.

And so what would a normal person do in Paris?

Maybe they'd go out and sit at the bar and have dinner alone.

Maybe they'd meet up with a friend.

I ate butter and bread alone in my hotel room. And let me tell you,

if you're listening out there and you are a mom and you have a young kid or young kids,

if you're married, if you struggle with having a spouse and a child and maybe some pets and a busy job, there is no better

experience than eating French butter and bread alone in a hotel room.
