He is the Dutch extreme athlete who specializes in breaking records relating to exposure to extreme cold such as running a half marathon

above the Arctic Circle, barefoot and only wearing shorts. By learning to

control his breathing, heart rate and blood circulation, he has managed to achieve

things no human should and is now teaching people the Wim Hof method, in which he teaches people

to control their body and mind to achieve extraordinary things.
