special episode of the podcast where my guests are two rowers taking on the

Taliska Whiskey Atlantic Challenge which starts on the 12th of December this

year Dixon McDonald and Jimmy Carroll are part of a team called Latitude 35

who were competing in the race from the Canary Islands to Antigua and we chat

about how their preparations are going and how much of a challenge this is.

As an added bonus, I was also joined by Aldo Kane,

who I rode the Atlantic within 2016,

so we could all share some experiences and advice on achieving at sea.
