Mark's a former Royal Marine Commando who was badly injured by an IED in Afghanistan and became a triple

amputee as a result, but since then he has become an author, motivational speaker, peak

performance coach, a charity fundraiser, an all-round hero basically. Now obviously

we're still in lockdown so this episode we've recorded remotely so forgive any little

glitches but I think you're really going to enjoy this one.

We've known each other for a few years now and predominantly we only ever catch up at social gatherings and like schmoozing events which are now pretty much
