I've got to say, I think when I last spoke to everybody, when we last spoke to everybody, we'd have been deep dive into AI. I'd remember that. We talked a little bit about AI. And then it was a nice episode, I remember. But then I went off for a weekend to a kind of retreat type thing, a little time for myself,

you know, and it was really beneficial.

It was a very nice thing to do to just take myself away and do a bit of meditation and

relax a little bit.
