Yeah, that's what you are. I take brilliant people and amplify them. She's done that to me. She doesn't realize I'm not that brilliant, but don't tell her. Oh my gosh, she's the best. Mm. Can I just tell you how purged I feel this morning? I stood in the shout this morning and I thought, I need to cry. And I thought, I wonder why I need to cry. I think birthdays are a bit like that. It's my birthday tomorrow. We're recording this on Tuesday. It's a time for pondering and reflection. Anyway, I wasn't quite sure what it was or why I needed to cry, but I just could feel it coming. And I got out of the shower and I fell to my knees

on the bath mat prayed to God had a little cry and I thought ultimately that felt a bit

unrewarding yeah okay yeah it's not resolved anyway then came downstairs and literally

how out to the moon. It was fucking great.

I feel so good.

Last week we very briefly talked about a song that we were going to share,

but we never did.

It's a Coromania from Florence and the Machine where it goes,

something's coming.

Yes.

I'm going to play just a tiny bit of it now because it is like that where you can feel it,

but you can't quite get there. And then it comes and it's like, here it comes, all the crying.

I used to need a film or a song.

It literally just like came over me.
