I've got it. Jesus Christ. Sorry, my glasses on me, on me top. Yes, well, I was working with Dome French recently for a week. And I really love Dorm. Yes, she's great, isn't she? Just a brilliant person to be around. Yeah. She's got such good energy. Yeah. She listened to this podcast, by the way. Does she? Yeah, because she said, when is your podcast coming back? Oh, my God, that's so nice. He missed it. And I was like, my God. So, hello, Dawn. Hello, Dawn. But we were talking a bit about kind of slogans and sayings that are really helpful.

And I said, oh, well, the obstacle is the way. And she went, where's that from? And I was like, oh, I think it's a Ryan Holiday book. Yes, it is. And then it made me think about The Daily Stoic. Now, he's recommended this probably about two years ago now. It's a book by Ryan Holiday, and it's called The Daily Stoic, 366 meditations on wisdom, perseverance and the art of living.

And every day there's a various quote from, I guess, the Stoic.

It's not religion, it's like philosophy, I suppose, isn't it?
