There was another device whose usage was attributed to Alex Cox that was detected on the evening of October 9th. A data point had it that its movements came to a stop

by the canal nearby with enough room to park a car. Ten text messages were sent back

and forth between Alex and Chad from October 8th to the 9th, with messages sent on the 9th,

from 7.13 p.m. to 10.30 p.m. On the 16th and 17th of October, Alex's device commuted to the Utah and

Las Vegas airports. Speculation had it that he dropped Lori off at the airport so she could fly to Hawaii.

On October 18th, Alex's device was detected at a Chick-fil-A restaurant in Ammon

between 758 and 932 p.m. From there, it went to the Salem Church from 10.07 p.m. to 10.45 p.m.

The next data point was U.S. Highway 20 in Rexburg. No further questions. Prior cross-examined.
