Today I am bringing you the story of a serial killer who struck twice, but in those two times he killed four innocent people during his reign of terror.

This is the story of a little known serial killer by the name of Earl Richmond Jr. Now let's dig in.

In 1991, 24-year-old army specialist Lisa Ann Ado was stationed at Fort Dick's New Jersey and she was assigned to the payroll office with the troop support battalion.

Lisa was a divorcee, mom of two who lived alone with her two young daughters.

Lisa lived in the housing area of Sheridanville specifically for personnel stationed at Fort Dick's.

On the morning of April 5, 1991, Lisa was due to drop her girls off at the babysitters.

When Lisa failed to show up with the girls, the sitter became concerned and went to Lisa's house to check on them.

Just before 10am, the babysitter entered Lisa's house and found the toddler and the baby okay, but they were unattended, which was odd.

As the babysitter continued through the house, she entered Lisa's room and she found a devastating scene.

She found Lisa's lifeless partially nude body on her bed.

She had a blanket tied around her head and under the blanket, Lisa had been hog tied.

The sitter immediately called the military police who locked down the housing area and prevented anyone from leaving.

One of Lisa's neighbors was trying to take his own daughter to daycare before going to PT that morning when all of a sudden he was stopped.

One of his neighbors came over and delivered the grim news that Lisa had been found in her quarters dead.

The neighbor knew Lisa from the neighborhood and randomly the neighbor also recalled having a mutual friend with Lisa, a former drill sergeant named Earl Richmond Jr.
