So, guys, Derek, more place more dates.com. Today we're going to be checking out Sergi Constance.

This is one of the biggest fitness stars in the industry. He's been around for a fucking minute at this

point. A lot of guys in my generation, you know, kind of grew up or got, you know, into the fitness

industry when guys like Sergei, Ulysses, Jocko, DeBroyne, all those fucking guys were, you know, popping off

and, you know, leading the charge with the aesthetics movement, I guess. And you have some pretty

fucking, you know, iconic physiques, absolutely like the pinnacle of what men would want to look

like probably, or at least the majority of them and something i found interesting

is surgery's kind of transformation recently not necessarily in his physique but almost in the way

his faces change and it's not really in a way that's proportional to growth hormone is which is what

a lot of people were asking about they They saw what his jawline looks like.

And they were like, Derek, like, what's going on? Is this, you know, a result of PEDs? Because obviously, like, no one's

going to, you know, doubt that to achieve a physique this insane, you know, PEDs are involved. Like,

no one's a fucking idiot. We know that. And that's not, you know, to shed poorly on his, you know, work ethic that he's put in to get this physique or anything to do with that whatsoever.

But it's interesting nonetheless because when you see some change like this, like again,

he used to look like, let's go back to some of the, I don't know, like even like just a couple

of years ago here.
