Hello everybody, it's the day after Queen's and for the first time in 25 years I'm not exhausted

and it's magnificent. Catherine Whitaker and Matt Roberts are here with me, David Law,

Catherine Harris Queen's. Yeah, don't worry David, I'm exhausted enough for the three of us.

It was great. It was great. You were much much missed. I tried to think of it as a new tournament,

I suppose, just from a very very personal perspective and some of the post-covid changes behind

the scenes helped me to think of it as a new tournament and I was able to enjoy it. A heatwave helped.

Does it? Yeah, really really helped. It's a different place in the Sun, Queen's.

No, it really is. It was a glorious sight to watch on TV and I had a lovely week, really,

just a potron around, relaxing in the Sun, watching your coverage and I was also very much enjoyed

watching Matteo Baratini lift the trophy and then proceed to hold it one handed for about 20 minutes.

Now, I'm not saying that I'm a strong man but that trophy I find very heavy and he made that trophy,

looked like a tea cup under his left arm and he just stood there holding and I mean,

look, I personally love the affection and the awe with which he treated the trophy but goodness me,

that bloke's got some strength. Yeah, I've never seen anybody do their post-much interview round

clutching the trophy under their arm before. We had him wandering over to Anabel Croft in the

corner for us at this stage, he'd already done an interview with the BBC, he'd already had a

load of photos taken and we had a sort of plinth set up right there and I was waiting for the moment

that he took advantage of that and nope, I mean, unconfirmed whether he is yet to put the trophy down.

We might not know till we see him at Wimbledon. If he turns up with it there, there won't know.
