Our first one says, I have a Garmin smartwatch that tracks my sleep.

For the last few weeks, I haven't been logging as much REM sleep as I normally do.

But deep sleep and light sleep are still normal for me. I'm wondering now if that is my soul

leaving my body and doing night work. I don't feel that I'm normally tired and will also feel

like I dreamt but can't remember anything. Add to that this past weekend, I remember a dream where

my husband three girls and I boarded a super train with a bunch of people I've never met.

Everyone was excited and had to strap in. I don't know where they went, but next thing I know,

me and a few other people I didn't know from the train, were painting our new office space that

kind of resembled an attic workspace with exposed rafters in a light gray color.

So I just wonder if that's what's happening.

Okay, so according to the research I did, most of our lucid dream and astral travel dreams occur in the REM sleep.
