passport validity. The travel giants agree with me at last. Qantas vows to start flying from the UK

0:34.5

to Australia by Christmas, probably, and Switzerland's national airline

0:40.9

starts selling its sandwiches at cut prices. Of course, this podcast is completely free, as is my

2:10.2

because it was traditional and very welcome for any unspent credit on your existing passport

2:17.3

to be included, added to the 10 years

2:20.9

when you renewed your passport. A very civilised idea and absolutely fine while we were

2:26.2

part of the European Union. Once you leave, as part of the rules that the UK helped to draft

2:32.7

when we were members of the EU,

2:35.0

passports can be valid for no more than 10 years.
