2021. Let's get into the mix. Here are your Washington headlines of the day. Number one, the fight

between Senate Democrats, the White House and House Democrats over what to include in the reconciliation

package is taking shape. Number two, Washington enters showdown mode.

And number three, a disabilities group is launching an ad campaign for full HCBS funding.

All right, Jake, let's get into the number one story of the morning, which is truly the

fight between all different chambers from the White House to Congress over what should be included in reconciliation,

how big it should be. It's Democrats on Democrats right now.

Yeah, and it's going to be for some time for several reasons. Number one, so the crux of this

debate is over permanent funding for the Affordable Care Act, Obamacare,

and expanding Medicare and Medicaid.

Now, House Democrats, for reasons that seem quite illogical to me, are pushing for bigger numbers

than the Senate Democrats and White House are comfortable with.
