| 1:31.0 | undesirable place to be in if you're not actually already there. You actually feel like |
| 1:36.2 | it's not something to aspire to. And I know that sounds really weird to talk about aspiration |

| 1:44.7 | they'll end. But actually, once you can see people around you that are what I call soaring, |
| 1:52.0 | it gives you confidence to actually work out what you want from a relationship and what works for you. |
