Thanks be to God. Would you turn, please, in the scriptures to 2nd Corinthians,

the 6th chapter? And let's continue on our study of separated.

In 2 Corinthians 6 and 14th verse,

and I want to read this from Young's literal translation,

2nd Corinthians 6, 14.

It says, become not yoked with others unbelievers for what partaking is there to righteousness and lawlessness what's the answer to that none now let me uh before we finish reading this, he's not just talking about don't have any association.

Are y'all with me?

Because you read other scriptures where he said, if you're just going to try to not have any

association with people that are doing things that are wrong, I'm paraphrasing, you'd have to go out of the world.

He said, I'm not talking about that.

Not talking about that you can't work with somebody or you can't be around your neighbor or this or that.

This is talking about unions, partnerships. Come on, can you see this?

Entering into some kind of covenant with and, you know, of course, marriage and other things.

Yoked. A yoke is when you've got something, you know, strong that is tying two together.

This is not just a casual acquaintance.

Verse 15, what fellowship to light with darkness?

What's the answer?

None.

They don't.
