0:31.5	uploading this video, which is super odd for me because I normally come in my sweats, record the podcast, and just go on about my day.
0:40.2	So I'm having to be intentional about Monday recordings, getting up, fixing my hair, and,
0:45.1	you know, actually talking to you guys. And another reason why it's odd is that I really,
0:50.1	really work on these shows, meaning I put a lot of research, a lot of heart, a lot of soul.
