Today I'm going to be talking about the Holy Spirit. We know that we serve one God, but he manifests in three different persons. God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. And the Holy Spirit probably

doesn't get the attention that he deserves. So today we're going to give him some

special attention. In Acts Chapter 1 1 verse 8, oh by the way let me say this first,

the Holy Spirit was sent after Jesus ascended on high and the Bible says that he was sent to take his place and to represent him and to

act in his behalf. Acts 1-8, but you shall receive power. I don't know about you, but I like the word power.

I'm glad to know that my relationship with God gives me an endowment of power. But you

shall receive power which is ability, efficiency, and might.

When the Holy Spirit has come upon you

and you shall be my witnesses in Jerusalem, Judea,

Samaria, into the ends of the earth.

Be my witnesses is particularly important to me because before I received the baptism of the Holy Spirit,

I was doing, with my church. I didn't know how to be

a witness, but I was doing witnessing. I was going out once a week with a team and we would knock on doors and invite them to church and

Tell them about Jesus and I'm always I just always think about that when I see that when the Holy Spirit comes upon you

you shall be my witnesses because after I receive the fullness of the spirit

or probably more after I surrendered to the fullness of the Holy Spirit.

I mean we we received the Holy Spirit when we're born again.
