First, we want to share one woman's need for help and guidance in her own life.

That's what the Holy Spirit is all about.

Meet Claire.

I took an opportunity that wasn't a very good opportunity to make money, which basically

was a criminal act. I got busted and it caused me to get sentenced to four years in a

women's federal prison camp. I wanted to die.

Now I was embarrassed. I let my kids down.

There's nothing fun about having your kids come and visit you in prison and then especially when they're thinking the worst will happen and then when it's time to leave you see them go one way and you're going the other way and it was at that moment that I became so overwhelmed in a way that I've never

experienced before and I immediately went to my room, grabbed shower gear, grab medicine, grab my razor blade,

and I went into the shower because that's one of the places that you can go and be private with your feelings and your emotions

And in there I was having the worst panic attack of my life. I couldn't breathe. I had a horrible headache and I was going to kill myself in in that shower and And because there's no way in the world that I could continue.

I broke my children's heart. I let them down.
