This evening we are continuing with sense and sensibility.

But first let's take a moment to prepare ourselves for rest.

I'd like you to raise your eyebrows as high as possible for five seconds,

before relaxing them and feeling a release of tension.

Now, smile as wide as you can and hold it for five seconds.

Now relax and squeeze your eyes shut for five seconds.

Relax and tilt your head slightly back so that you're comfortably looking at the ceiling,

feeling a light stretch in your neck and relax as your head sinks back into your pillow.

Now hug your arms around yourself and if you can pull your legs in as tight as

possible and hold this for five seconds before releasing and allowing yourself

a lovely big yawn as you relax into a comfortable position.

Mrs Jennings invited the elder Miss Ashwoods to spend January with her in her London home.
