Hi everyone, I'm Nikki. I'm Emma and I'm Mia.

And we are so excited to announce that from now on, on every single one of our passages,

we are going to reserve two spots for women.

The reason we are doing this is because we see that there is a barrier to signing up for these passages

out of fear that there will only be one woman.

And so we are hoping and very confident that this will encourage more people to sign up to our trips.

Yeah. And big picture, we want to create more opportunities for people to get involved in offshore sailing,

and we think this is a really good way to take a step towards that.

And some of our trips are already fully booked in 2024. Some of them have one woman, some of them may have four women. But the ones that are fully booked, we can't guarantee that it's going to be two women on them. But on the ones that have space is open, that's when we really get up our card on it. Yeah. So really, really excited to see you all

on the water and to see where this takes us. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Excited for the future.

So if you hadn't heard that before on our Instagram or in our newsletter, we have officially announced

that we are reserving two bunks on every one of our future passages for women. And the reason we've

done that is Mia, while you guys were at sea on the all women's trip, I was monitoring the crew

email. And the impetus to this was we got an email from a woman who said, I've always wanted

to join you guys, but I've been afraid I'd be the only woman. And I thought, well, that's interesting

because we almost never have all-male trips. There's almost always, I think you said East

Bjorn for next year is like 45% women. So we had this issue where it's not actually a problem,

but it was like a marketing problem. So we decided, okay, well, to solve that and to get people that are nervous about that,

let's just guarantee effectively what already happens.

We announced this three weeks ago.

Has there been any, have you noticed, you're in charge of cruise signups, has there been any impact?

Yeah, I think so.
