Welcome to the Before Breakfast Podcast. Today's tip is to send a photo note to someone

you love but haven't seen recently. When we're physically apart, as many of us are now, because of social distancing, it's nice to remember times when we were together in person.

I recently pulled out the book of photo proofs from my wedding.

It was so fun to see what my nieces and nephews looked like 15 years ago,

when these now adult young people were small children.

I remember that warm September night in New Jersey

and how the lights sparkled on the lake by our reception spot. Looking at

photos is a wonderful way to trigger memories of those good times with our family and friends.

And yes, there is a bittersweet element.

Those wedding photos include several much-loved relatives who are no longer with us.

But still, those memories make me feel happy and somehow just lighter.

I imagine we can all use a little extra happiness and love and lightness about now.

Sharing photos through any mode can be fun.
